Yoga Mix
Experience the exciting combination of athleticism, grace and steel that is modern fencing. Participants will learn basic footwork techniques and blade work skills.
A perfect combination of multiple yoga disciplines to help you unwind from a stressful day. Learn breathing techniques and different poses with this beginner-friendly class.
SPECIALTY Pilates
YOGA Iyengar Focus on precise and dynamic postures performed at a slow to moderate pace. Emphasis is placed on holding specific poses and constant critiquing of form.
A challenging class that uses mind-body exercises to stretch and strengthen the muscles. Pilates focuses on the powerhouse/abs, and works the rest of the body through the core connection. All levels are welcome.
Hatha
Pilates Tour
An introduction to traditional hatha yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath work). The focus is on flexibility, strength and relaxation. Excellent for those who are just starting their own personal practice.
Power
Yoga Flow The “flow” of the class emerges from a sequence of postures coupled with breathing exercises. Poetic, meditative, energizing and relaxing. Unlike other “flow” yoga practices that focus on strength, this class will place an emphasis on flexibility.
All-levels class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to incorporate Pilates into their daily workout. We start by learning the basic exercises of traditional Pilates and then explore new forms such as sculpt, stretch and core ball.
Traditional yoga techniques practiced in a way that challenges and develops greater muscular conditioning. Prior yoga experience and knowledge of the basic poses is required.
Vinyasa Flowing sequence of specific asanas (postures) coordinated with the movements of the breath. This class has a high intensity level with a constant flow of poses that will significantly enhance your strength and flexibility training.
Yin Develops flexibility and builds awareness using long held asana (postures) and meditation.
