Semen Kats

Semen Katz born 1987 in Perm, Russia. Graduated from Moscow technical university of communications and computer science. Took up photography while studying. Worked as a magazine picture editor. In 2009 and 2010 participated in Vanessa Winship's and George Georgiou's workshops in Latvian International Summer School Photography. In 2010 Semen held post of picture editor in Russian oldest weekly magazine called "Ogonyok". Currently, Semen lives in Moscow, studies photography and cross-media art at The Rodchenko Moscow School of Photography and Multimedia, works for different editorial assignments and develops several personal projects.
