The final product of the design program – is a scenario transmitted into the GIS diagrams that includes the recommended percentage of functions for each of the planning units, recommended spatial format and the urban typology described in classes, ultimately determines the urban environments for each fragment of the territory. Built-in software algorithm converts the results of analyzes of potentials of the territory to the design proposal, each new moment of development it is possible to restart this algorithm and test the effect of the implementation of a project initiatives

Key design instrument is the instrument of analysis of the potential intensity of spatial distribution of various functional use of the territory. This instrument visualized in Grasshopper algorithm also includes the possibility to manage functions by introduction of the "development nodes" that influence the intensity and spatial distribution of functions, traced by analytical instrument. “Development nodes� in this project were the set of special projects like IT park, sport-city, shopping mall, and expo.


The urban model project proposes is able to adapt itself to the size of project initiatives, the uneven urban development, and different conditions of the redevelopment of the area. The urban model proposes the development within system of self-sufficient urban clusters which are able to operate in semi-autonomous mode. Also in further development urban clusters cooperates to the larger infrastructural network, which allows even more efficient use of resources.

Decision making instrument. All the qualities of programmes has been analyses as recipient > receiver of some social service and public space. A catalog of 9 hybrids of programs which form the self-sufficient combination has been developed. Urban spatial structure represents a system of interconnected and interrelated clusters, this spatial organization allows flexible growth Urban blocks of different sizes develops along the transportation loop. All the blocks are connected with the green infrastructure belt within the linear engineering infrastructure, canals and passages. Green belt contains components of the reedbed water cleaning system, underground energy store blocks, public grounds, green belt develops together with the system of urban blocks. This spatial structure allows implementation of the algoritmic design instrument of controll of urban developement.
