Mountnessing Garden Club

Everyone is cordially invited to attend a light-hearted, fun MINI SHOW AND SOCIAL EVENT.

The event will be on Thursday 6th June, entry from 2pm at St John’s Church Hall, Mountnessing. Everyone is welcome, whether or not they intend to exhibit and everyone will be able to vote.

Those exhibiting will register upon arrival and will be allocated a number, allowing entry to as many classes as they wish.

Entries for all classes should be arranged in your own vase, jam jar, milk bottle etc. and placed on the appropriate, clearly marked table/class by 2:15pm.

Ballot boxes will placed on tables for each class and everyone may vote for one exhibit in each class. Voting slips will be provided.

Votes will be counted by the committee towards the end of the afternoon who will also have the final say in any tie situation. Prize cards will be awarded to the winner and runner-up of each class.

Entry fee: Members £1.00, Non-members £2.00.

To cover entry into any or all of the classes as listed below:

1. Rose - one single headed stem, any colour

2. Rose - one multi headed stem any colour

3. General flowers in a container (not roses)

4. Flowering Shrub - one stem any colour

5. Indoor plant - flowering

6. Indoor plant foliage only

Also expect: plant sale table, tea and coffee, raffle, homemade cakes.
