Mr. Marvin Duculan Fernandez is a registered nurse with 10 years of clinical home care and management experience in the United Arab Emirate. With his 10 long years of experience in the field, he shared that a lot of obstacles and challenges have come along his way. But despite those circumstances, he remained strong, professional, and used his strong passion in giving excellent healthcare his greatest motivation to thrive in his profession, and that made his work bearable, manageable, and memorable.

“Our team was built with respect and love and compassion. Every day we help each other grow and for me that is one of the sweetest and memorable experiences being a leader of this team,” he said.

He also shared that, leading a team especially medical professionals in a Home Health Care Center is undeniably challenging at times. You need to have the right amount of passion, dedication, hard work, and perseverance. And his greatest advice to future leaders and healthcare providers is to “stay humble and always think of the greater good,” he added.
