Karadeniz Holding Energy Ships

Karadeniz Holding’s investments, Energy Ships, were covered with BetoDeck®22 Supra Panel. With an established power of 120MW, each ship produces 80% of Basra’s electric capacity.

The BetoDeck® 22 Panels used in Karadeniz Ships are mounted on profile constructions.

On each ship; electricity rooms, command centers and life quarters are fitted with a total of 2.500 m2 of Otari flooring solutions.

Antistatic, fully water resistant, inflammable and heat resistant, 1 ton distributed load bearing panels. Plus, they provide 20 KV electrical isolation.

BetoDeck22® Supra Panels have a distributed load bearing capacity above 1 tonne (2204.6 pounds) per meter squared. Point and distributed load tests have been conducted by the TSE. Galvanized based models were produced in accordance with DIN 12825. Deflection values are below 4mm for point loads. Not affected by sea water, the top covering can be produced with R9, R10 or R11 non-slip values for wet settings.

BetoDeck® F90 Panel Produced in Otari inc. Davutpaşa Facility, BetoDeck® Raised Flooring Systems were specifically developed to ensure safety against dangerous fire hazards in commercial and industrial settings.

Protect the vital parts of your factory with BetoDeck®. Switchyards, control rooms, low or medium voltage rooms, transformer rooms, facility management rooms are the life vessels of a factory. o BetoDeck® Panels are resistant to 500 C of heat for 90 minutes. The vinyl cover melts in these conditions but combustion does not take place. These heats can be reached when electricity cables ignite or when there is a short-circuit in the underlying circuits. BetoDeck® Raised Flooring panels are also highly resistant to water hazards.

Even after being underwater for 24 hours, water absorption of the BetoDeck® Panels stay below 3%. For this reason, BetoDeck® is suitable for use in wet surfaces like kitchen floors or humid conditions like coastal applications or ships. Humidity has no observable effect on the load capacity of the panels. Panels can be produced in different color and design patterns with either Rubber or Vinyl overlays. The 2mm thick homogenous top surface of BetoDeck® provides 8 dB foot sound isolation. This goes up to 18 dB of sound isolation for the 4mm variant. A perfect solution for noisy open office environments. Whilst being antistatic, BetoDeck® surfaces have properties that allow them to be cleaned with ease and efficiency. Mildly wet mops or cleaning machines with dryer tanks are perfect for the job. A water hose can be used for washing in suitable settings. When used as an office surface, it creates a dust free hygenic working environment. Compared to its mineral based competitors, BetoDeck® is lighter, more durable and has a superior fire class.

BetoDeck® F90 Panel

BetoDeck® Carrier Profile Construction Galvanized Foot System Foot bases are produced from 2mm galvenized sheets in 100mmx100mm squares. Foot head has a radius of 90mm and sheet thickness of 3mm. Connecting rod has a wall thickness of 1.5mm and a radius of 25mm. The belted system is recommended for heights above 25cm. Profile Construction System Produced with a 40/60 profile from 2mm thick welded or 2/3mm thick unwelded Galvanized sheets.
