ABOUT US Karo Coils Pvt. Ltd. is a state of art Plant which runs on a continuous piece flow concept with a capacity of manufacturing 300 metric tonnes Hardened Wires wire every month and more than 1.5 million Springs per annum. The plot area of our plant is 59000 sq. ft. where the covered area is 30,000 sq. ft. We have a well-trained team of engineers, Designers, RND & Metallurgist having experience of more than 10 years to customize the design of the springs and can check the life cycle requirement. PRODUCTS 1. Cold Coil Springs from wire diameter 1 mm to 17 mm. 2. Hardened Wires inhouse from wire diameter 3 mm to 17 mm with help of wire drawing and heat treatment facility. RAW MATERIALS We procure almost 300 Tonnes of Raw Material every month from Tata Steels, Usha Martin and JSW etc. in wide variety of grades like High Carbon, SAE9254 & 50CRV4 as per custom application.
