What will I study? The introductory diploma aims to captures the concepts of topics which will be studied at a deeper level on relevant future courses. It will give you a broad & effective insight & basis from which to progress onto higher levels of study. The course covers the role of the carer at mealtimes, investigating rights & responsibilities at work, health & social care needs, personal care in health & social care, creative activities for children, creative & leisure activities for adults in health & social care, promoting healthy eating in care, job opportunities in health & social care, health & social care group project.
