CORPORATE RATES

Please note that the prices quoted in our catalogue are our non-discounted catalogue prices and include applicable vat.

Corporate discounts apply as follows:

A. For orders between Eur 150 - Eur 300, 10% applicable on all food and wine products.

B. For orders between Eur 300 - Eur 600, 15% applicable on all food and wine products.

C. For orders of Eur 600 and above, 15% applicable on all food products and 20% on wine products.

Note: No discounts apply to our gift boxes.

GIFT ORDERS AND TIMING

We recommend you place your orders with us by the 20th November, to ensure smooth preparation and delivery during the festive period.

Upon your confirmation of your order a proforma invoice will be issued and an advance payment of 50% of the amount of your invoice shall be required to secure your order, which is non refundable.

DELIVERY

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery of orders is expected to commence on or about the 15th December and shall be either delivered to your offices or directly to the gift recipient. Any delivery fees shall be agreed in advance and added to your final invoice accordingly.

Please note that we accept no responsibility for any delays for gift delivery packages undertaken by independent courier services which we shall use. We have no way in controlling the delivery schedules and can only provide the standard ETA.

For all personal deliveries, we will need (A) full name, (B) full address, (C) contact telephone numbers, (D) gift cards which we can provide subject to request.

We will take all the necessary steps to ensure timely delivery of your orders but please note that as a ripple of the Covid-19 pandemic world transports and imports to Cyprus have been experiencing unforeseen delays, for which we have no control over and these may have a consequential effect on all delivery orders.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All items featured in our catalogue are all subject to availability. While we will endeavour to keep photography and description of gift packages as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to substitute any item included in our gift packages with a similar item of the same price range, in the event some items are out of stock.

Please be aware that the colours and appearance of our products may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen or in printed form and that all measurements and sizes are approximate.
