Design Development 1.Zonning and site approch

To develop a futuristic working Space for the independent millennial workforce,To make the hub open for all- i.e., to respect the needs of users requiring collaborative spaces and as well as the privacy of introvert users . To provide levels of varying luxury but at the same time maintain an uniform and standard economical outlook .Evaluate the idea of working spaces being a mere glass box and to provide a design that extends outdoor making the space more functional and breathable scope.

Sustainable site -strategies

To design spaces share the core values, namely: collaboration, community participation, accessibility, and open to all with landscape integration in working space. To create a good atmosphere and stimulate interaction, networking and collaboration between co-workers co-working spaces are community-driven environments where co-workers can improve themselves with the help of other coworkers. A typical co-working space combines informal and creative spaces with elements of a workspace (functional spaces). The classical physical design of a co-working space is an open-floor plan with shared workspaces where co-workers can easily interact with each other. more informal spaces/facilities such as coffee corners, a kitchen, meeting rooms, 24/7 access, Internet access, printer and copying facilities, lounge space and other informal spaces . The spaces will be designed to provide opportunity to interact with people from varying professional backgrounds, who would likely be a useful connection and this in turn can be converted into generating leads and partnership opportunities. Being surrounded by committed, enthusiastic workers is highly motivating. Your co-workers give you new perspectives on projects you may have never considered. These collaborations often lead to business expansions.

Master Plan

Chennai is hot and humid climate so to change micro climate into the site planting more landscape shading trees and the block arrangements are along the wind movement and the block shadow are fall into the site which reduce the temperature when the air flow along shadow of the crossing the landscape ,water body in the site will reduce the temperature by endothermic evaporation process

There is interaction space between block which are plazas for events ,concert,shows perfomance area for the respective blocks .plaza are with landscape and seatings

BLOCK 7-

Photographer ,event hoster,tattooist,dancers

Block is for photographer ,dancers and event hosters,tattooist. there is photo set area for indoor shoot .creating landscape into the block and water body.dance area for common dance perfoming court with seating in mezzanine area which will be noise buffer zone . Block is more of green space in terrace garden,terrace garden area are more of non visual connect with nature.mezzanine floor act as stress free zone with open balcony and dining pantry and with workspace they are as stress free zone as they can go and enjoy the place act as stress free zone .Water body act as another stress free zone with wooden deck informal seatings as they can enjoy by group discussion.

BLOCK 3- ARTIST BLOCK Block is composed of slope roof and square cubes. the slope is the reason to make comfortable for artist to make feel its home and there is workshop area for students will come for their tutors .The inner staircase for every artist will connects workshop and studio. mezzanine floor is act as workshop area will have sperate access for from the main big staircase. Furniture combination is workdesk and artist table for individual and studio Studio area are comprise of display area , cabin ,recepetion area ,gallery ,waiting lounge .Work area for assitants .
