The parks and recreation departments of Martin County and the city of Stuart maintain a wide array of parks, ensuring well-kept equipment and facilities as well as entertaining programs. Additions and renovations to the recreation center include two new basketball courts and a new lighting system for both the tennis and basketball courts. Free Wi-Fi spots are available at Flagler Park and Kiwanis Youth Park. City of Stuart Parks All city of Stuart parks are open daily from sunrise to sundown. Lighted facilities are open until 10 p.m. After 10 p.m., special permission is required. In addition to the parks listed below, 17 public mini-parks are scattered throughout the city’s neighborhoods.
