Our Rooftop Café provides delicious food, using fresh locally-sourced produce. So, from keeping the hot drinks flowing, to buffet lunches or a sit down meal, we’ve got your food and drink requirements covered. By choosing Kala Sangam, you will also be supporting a local arts charity at a time when your help is most needed. We’ve been running these events for eight years and we’ve never had a venue as good with staff as friendly. Everyone we came into contact with was really helpful and accommodating. Keeping You Safe Looking after the health of our visitors and staff is our top priority, and we have taken the required action to safely welcome you back to our building in line with Government and Public Health England’s guidelines. As well as enhanced cleaning regimes, we have hand sanitiser points throughout the building as well as offering facemasks and temperature checks.
Starting with a warm welcome, our team is here to make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible – whether that’s setting up screens and projectors for presentations, getting the sound and lighting just right or making sure your mid-morning coffee and pastries arrive when you need a break. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond.

Our Spaces Indus Hall
Light, airy and flexible space. Capacity of 150 (conference or theatre style). Perfect for conferences, larger meetings and training events.
Ganges Theatre
Studio space. Capacity of 150. Stage lighting and sound desk with full blackout and retractable seating.
Clocktower Suite
Self-contained space. Capacity of 50 theatre style/30 conference style. Private kitchen and toilet facilities.
Meeting Rooms
4 unique spaces. Capacities from 2 to 20. Perfect for smaller meetings or for use as breakout spaces.
Foyer/Gallery
Relaxed space. Capacity of up to 250. Ideal for networking, launch events or a drinks reception.
Rooftop Cafe
Informal space. Capacity of up to 70, plus additional outdoor terrace space for 40 people. Spectacular views of the Cathedral Gardens.
