The Sustainable City Yas island is a unique development stretching across 37.5 hectares of land. The car-free city is made up mainly of pedestrianized residential clusters designed around a green spine that runs along the length of the entire city connecting it altogether. Community facilities including an equestrian centre, nursery and mosque are there to serve the purpose of entertainment, social well-being as well as provide the residents with basic amenities.
