Facility Rentals Whether you are looking for a wedding site, planning a family or neighborhood event, having a company picnic, or holding a sports tournament, Pierce County Parks and Recreation Services has the following venues to choose from. All fees subject to change.

9112 Lakewood Drive SW, Lakewood, 98499 253-798-4176 • 253-582-7461 (fax) This popular center includes a gymnasium, conference room, and a multi-purpose room with a small attached kitchen. The site can host a variety of events such as weddings, receptions, staff retreats, company meetings, classes, lectures, and more. • Multi-purpose Room offers theater style seating and can accommodate approximately 100 seated around tables. Fee is $50.00/hour without food or $70/hour with food/drink. • Conference Room accommodates approximately 25-50 people and has access to a phone line for local calling. Fee is $30/hour without food or $50/hour with food/drink. • College-sized Gymnasium with bleacher seating, rents for $30/hour for half gymnasium or $45/hour for full gymnasium. Damage Deposits: A $100-$200 depending on usage with food and alcohol.
Indoor Facilities: Meeting rooms with or without fully equipped kitchens and the ice skating arena are available for rent. Specialized areas can be reserved for activites such as dancing, banquets, business gatherings, wedding receptions, class and workshop demonstrations, retirement parties, private skating or broom hockey parties and team tournaments. Fees are $35/hour without food or $45/hour with food/beverage. • Cascade Room - Holds up to 100 people, has kitchen. Fees are $35/hour without food or $45/hour with food/beverage. • Cedar Room - Holds up to 100 people, no kitchen. Fees are $35/hour without food or $45/hour with food/beverage.

21800 Meridian S, Graham, 98338 253-841-8515 • 253-841-8532 (fax) This 60-acre majestic complex includes: • Two covered picnic shelters: Shelter #2 has a commercial food service kitchen, electricity, and 12 picnic tables. Fee is $130/day with kitchen or $65/day without kitchen. Kitchen deposit is $100. Shelter #3 has 20 tables with adjacent grass area, fee is $65/day. • Agricultural Facilities: Display buildings, arenas, and animal buildings for small animal shows and vet clinics. Fee ranges from $10/hour to $50/day, plus deposit. • Equestrian Facilities: Closed October 2010-March 2011. Two horse barns with a total of 88 stalls, warm up arena, and a (200 ft. x 150 ft.) main show arena. Arena fee is $165/day + $200 deposit; stall fee is $10/day collected by group. Barn deposit is $300. • Frontier Lodge: Side A hosts 250 seated, 160 around tables; and features a large stone hearth with gas fireplace. Fee with kitchen “A” is $105/hour. Meeting fee is $60/hour. Side B hosts 120 seated, 72 around tables, great for small meetings or receptions. Fee with kitchen “B” is $65/hour. Meeting fee is $40/hour, no kitchen. Ice Rink Rental: Rentals are available for groups, broomball and hockey leagues for $180-$225/hour (does not include skates or broomball equipment fees). Limited availability.
Meridian Habitat Park & Center 14422 Meridian E, South Hill Puyallup, 98375 253-841-8515 • 253-841-8532 (fax) This 36+ acre park can host a variety of events; weddings, retreats, receptions, classes, lectures, and concerts. The grounds have a lovely pond setting and walking area available for drop in picnics or reserved for larger outdoor gatherings. • The auditorium - 300-person seating capacity; 200 seated around tables. Banquet fee with kitchen is $105/hour. Fee is $60/hour without food/kitchen. • The large kitchen - conventional and microwave ovens, refrigerator, sink, and plenty of counter space. • Several breakout rooms - available for small meetings and classes. No food allowed. Fee is $20-$36/hour. Damage Deposits: $100-$350 depending on usage with food and alcohol. Rental fee includes use of 6 ft. rectangle and round tables plus chairs.
