Investor Spotlight : Justin Reid

Meet Justin Reid, a man whose journey from a quaint coastal town to entrepreneurial achievement is nothing short of remarkable.

Justin's story begins in the picturesque town of Mukilteo, Washington, nestled along the Puget Sound. It's the kind of place where life moves at a leisurely pace. His parents owned a Fish Processing Facility, and from them, he inherited a passion for entrepreneurship.

At the tender age of 12, Justin took his first steps as an entrepreneur by launching a gutter-cleaning business. Little did he know that this early venture would shape his future.

In high school, Justin aspired to join law enforcement. However, fate had other plans. In 1995, he married his junior high sweetheart, Ginger, on a roller coaster at the Washington State Fair. This pivotal moment shifted his focus to family and entrepreneurship.

Today, Justin and Ginger reside in Marysville, Washington. Ginger works as an attendance secretary at her alma mater, creating a full-circle connection to their community. Celebrating 28 years of marriage this September, they have two wonderful daughters, Parker and Sydney.

Parker, a Whitworth University graduate, followed her heart into teaching and is now in her fifth year as a middle school math teacher. She lives nearby, ensuring frequent family gatherings. Sydney, Justin's other daughter, made a move to Boise, Idaho, to be with her high school sweetheart after graduating from the University of Portland.

On August 19th, 2023, the family celebrated Sydney's marriage to Cody LaCoursiere, her high school sweetheart. It was a joyous occasion, marking another milestone in their journey.

Justin's entrepreneurial path has been diverse, including ownership of a Liquidation Company, a Barcode/Auto ID hardware sales and service company (which he sold in 2013), and a seven-year stint in real estate investments. He has now ventured into ACS Barcode, embodying his commitment to innovation and excellence.

Real estate investments have always been close to Justin's heart, and the opportunity to collaborate with others for higher returns struck a chord. His dream of creating passive income found a home with Kahuna Investments, a goal he's actively pursuing.

Beyond their professional lives, Justin and Ginger enjoy attending sports games, indulging in monthly shows, exploring the world through travel, and embracing their role as empty nesters. Their favorite vacation spots include Hawaii, Disneyland (with no offense intended to Disneyworld), and Alaska, where they own a charming home in Petersburg.
