Editor selects the author to whom they are sending the acceptance letter from the list of recipients. Editor pastes the magazine’s template acceptance email into the body text and personalizes it with the author’s name and some additional comments, then presses “Send Email” to send the acceptance letter to the author.
Editor gets a confirmation that their acceptance email has been sent to the author.
