Using of K2 GLASS DOCTOR means injection of transparent resin into the cavity area. The resin cures when exposed to the sunlight and fills the cavity also with a transparent compound. The air suction is necessary while applying the resin. The product removes cracks and impurites only when the glass has been not pierced through. K2 GLASS DOCTOR makes it easy and effective even to an unexperienced user to remove defects. Read the following directions from the slides and find out how to use the repair kit.

1. Clean the area to be treated. Use the pin to remove any loose glass particles from the pit, then gently remove all damage rests using a dry cloth or paper towel. Place the pin once again inside the barrel hole.

2. Peel off the adhesive seal and press it to the windshield. Line up the hole in seal with the pit (pointing tab upward). Peal off top side of the adhesive seal.

3. Fix pedestal to the adhesive seal and make sure tabs match up. Line up pedestal wit the adhesive seal and press it to the glass. Run fingers around pedestal to ensure a tight bond. 3

4. Cut off resin container ending to open stem. Slowly squeeze tube to release resin into pedestal. Wipe of any excess of resin from tip with cloth and leave the container for step no. 10. 4

5. Connect injector to pedestal. Make sure plunger tip is positioned just above the pin valve of the injector barrel. Fit injector into pedestal with the pin valve lined up with the tab. Make sure the connection is tight enough. 5

6. Hold the syringe with one hand. Slowly pull the trigger of the syringe to eliminate air bubbles from the adhesive. Leave the injector in this position for 10 minutes. Lock the syringe trigger. 7. Remove the pin from the bottom of injector to enable air circulation, then put it on again.

8. Hold the injector with one hand, pull the trigger to generate pressure. Then lock the trigger like shown in the picture and leave it for 20 minutes.

9. Slightly remove pedestal, seal and the extending pieces of the resin from windshield using safety razor.

10. Place curing film onto pit and curl partly. Slowly apply a drop of resin into pit and cover with the foil immediately. Place clear curing film over the pit holding resin in the pit. 10

11. Squeeze out all the bubbles by sliding blade along the surface of the foil. UV-rays operate through the foil and cure the resin. Park the car exposed to the sunlight and leave it for min. 15 min. On cloudy days the curing process takes min. 1 hour. After curing remove the foil and all the impurities of the resin film flush using a safety razor. 11
