SUMMARY As a registered architect in the UAE and holder of a B.Arch and M.Sc., I have consulting and client experience in Architecture. I worked on a variety of specialized residential, high-rise, and mixed-use projects as a BIM architect with substantial experience using Revit for modeling and shop drawings, Naviswork for coordinating, and Photoshop and Lumion for visualizing. Further, I engaged in various tasks at every level, from Concept Design (CD) to Issue for Construction IFC in addition to being responsible for preparing and applying permits to different concerned authorities, including, DM, DDA, ROW, DCD, and Trakhees.

Madinat Jumeirah Living (MJL) by Dubai Holding, is a prime residential development in Jumeirah district, with 60 buildings that offers impressive views of the iconic Burj Al Arab and has a pedestrian centric & environment-friendly development. Phase 5 consist of four G+9 buildings, ranged from 1BHK to 4BHK. The four buildings are connected with spacious landscape and an underground basement with 450 parking.

Overall Basement Floor Plan I was assigned the task to start first modeling the basement in Revit while complying with DCD and DBC regulations. In addition, I helped in coordination with the MEP and structural department. 5
Basement Finishes Floor Plan Worked on preparing the keynote family for the package, in addition, I was responsible for coordinating the type of Finishes with the Technical Department and helped in preparing and producing the package.

Madinat Jumeirah Living Phase 4 is a G+9 story building completed in 2023. Consisting of 4 buildings with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms mixed with traditional architecture and a luxurious lifestyle. The development is located next to Madinat Jumeirah and has a view of Burj Al Arab.

The Mosque is located in Al Jada, Sharjah. The whole development reflects the modern aspect of the new development which gears away from the traditional mosque design. The mosque's facade was made up of GRC panels with Islamic ornaments on some of the panels. The prayer room can accommodate 740 males and 290 females.

Dubai, UAE Shop Drawings Area Calculations Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Society House is a 52-storey residential tower located in Downtown Dubai. It is being developed by IGO Real Estate Development, and it is scheduled for completion in Q2 2026. The tower will offer 404 fully and semi-furnished units, including studios, 1-3 bedroom apartments, and 2-bedroom duplexes. The units will have living areas ranging from 354 square feet to 7,090 square feet.

The Zayed National Museum is a landmark cultural institution in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is designed by Foster + Partners and is inspired by the traditional Bedouin tent. The museum tells the story of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founding father of the UAE. It is also a LEED Gold certified building that uses sustainable materials and practices. It is a significant example of contemporary architecture in the Middle East.

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS Prepared the connection and blow up detailed drawings of Space Truss System with Aluminum Perforated Sheets, I Light Transparent Panels, and Precast Viewed Concrete Panel of the I Light Type which has a maximum transparent surface that is equal to 20% and is obtained using special polymers with a light transmission value greater than 90%. 48
