Design integrates the community cultural center with the historical context and reduces the destruction of the existing texture by the architectural occupancy, and the design proposes a new mode of community cultural center which could offer flexible space to meet a variety of common urban cultural activities: exhibitions, lectures, performances, education and so on; in order to become the place where the citizens can easily enjoy the cultural life. Design focuses on maintain the existing texture and active use of the unused space, in order to respond to the history architectures and become a permanent part of neighborhood history.
