DEVELOP A PARTNERSHIP WITH US AT UTSU The University of Toronto Students’ Union (UTSU) invites you to take part in UTSUFest – Orientation 2013 at the University of Toronto. Through our Orientation, we engage thousands of incoming and returning students and introduce them to everything that makes life at university and in Toronto new and exciting. Our Orientation provides our valued business partners a unique branding opportunity and a highly receptive audience that is excited and eager to take in a wealth of information. This year we have enhanced our sponsorship packages to offer enriched opportunities to interact with thousands of students and create valuable experiences. In addition to product placement in our Orientation Student Survival Kits, our highly visible vendor booths at our Concert & Carnival, and our jam-packed Street Fest, we are also offering even more opportunites to engage our thousands of students through social media, our summer direct-mail package, our mobile phone app and email newsletters. EVENTS AT A GLANCE Concert & Carnival – Friday September 6, 2013 • UofT knows how to show school pride! Our student parade through downtown Toronto culminates in a massive outdoor Concert & Carnival where over 5000 students interact with one another. We provide some of the best food in town along with opportunities to engage all of our valued partners. • Come and join our students for an epic evening of amazing music, as we party with some of our favourite musical artists. Recent headliners have included Dragonette, Metric, Kardinal Offishall, Anjulie, LaSera, Sam Roberts Band, Land of Talk, Talib Kweli, and Chromeo.

After-Party – Friday September 6, 2013 • Our After-Party finishes the night at one of Toronto’s hottest nightclub venues. Come out and meet new people, experience the Toronto nightlife and engage with the University community.

Street Festival – Tuesday September 10, 2013 • A celebration of everything that the UofT St. George Campus has to offer, this day-long festival will shut down St. George Street from Harbord to College. We will have several stages for live entertainment, hundreds of clubs, delicious food and dozens of booths for our valued partners. You have an opportunity to meet and interact with over 20,000 students throughout the day!

In-Kind Donations: We also accept in-kind donations that will be acknowledged for their value at the appropriate sponsorship level. A maximum of 50% of the sponsorship value will be accepted in-kind.

Customized Partnerships: We understand that every business is unique. Our team will work with you to create a partnership agreement that best suits your group’s needs. If you have any ideas or simply want to combine or modify some of our presented options, do not hesitate to ask us about it. We offer several extra partnership opportunities for those looking to play a greater role in UTSU Orientation.
