World Congress on Justice with Children

The Global Initiative JWC organizes World Congresses on Justice With Children that convene every three to five years to address pressing challenges for children in contact and conflict with the law

Promote fair and child-centred justice systems for and with all the children worldwide. Provide a space for professionals to exchange best practices, foster scientific cooperation, formulate policy recommendations, raise awareness about child-centred justice, and empower stakeholders to take action towards implementing positive change on the justice systems

Support the operational implementation of international instruments and standards related to the rights of children and young people in conflict with the law.
