From the dirt, now we stand here in this space. The Indigo Hope Center has officially opened its doors, and this milestone belongs to YOU. Your unwavering support has transformed a vision into a reality, creating a place where hope is restored, lives are rebuilt, and new beginnings take root. We are incredibly humbled by all who have made this possible! God has truly blessed this vision and seen it through to completion. It was the work of so many that we’re now officially open!
From the earliest blueprints to the first steps inside, this center has been a labor of love and a testament to the dedication of our community. In many moving parts over the last month, we see how faithful God has been through it all. With the Trehel Corporation’s expertise and our supporters, the Indigo Hope Center now stands as a hub of restoration and transformation.
But this is just the beginning. This space will not only serve as a gathering place but will also help us expand our mission.

As we move forward after the success of the Indigo Hope Campaign, we will now focus on securing nine additional homes for Restoration Village—providing more people with opportunities to those re-entering society with a true foundation for lasting change. Our new space allows us to expand resources and enhance team collaboration, ensuring we better serve our participants. Alongside our culinary program, we are introducing cutting-edge technology to connect participants with job opportunities best suited to their skills. WELCOMING GREG TILLER TO THE TEAM
We are excited to announce that Greg Tiller has joined the JUMPSTART team as the new Inside Program Director!
Greg comes to us with a strong background in the Consumer Products industry, where he worked with talented teams to bring a variety of successful products to life. However, throughout his professional journey, his greatest priority has been keeping Christ at the center of both his career and personal life. After much prayer, Greg felt the Lord leading him to serve with JUMPSTART. For the past decade, Greg has been passionate about walking alongside men in their spiritual journeys. His deep commitment to discipleship has led him to serve in various roles within the local church, including leading small groups and serving on ministry teams. One of his most rewarding experiences was helping bring Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) back to Columbia after a long absence. Since then, he has led men’s small groups through year-long, in-depth studies of God’s Word, witnessing the incredible transformation that happens when lives are surrendered to Christ.
Greg first connected with JUMPSTART two years ago, meeting leaders like Cary Sanders and Tim Murray. Feeling called to get involved, he began volunteering at Manning Correctional in Columbia. There, he witnessed the life-changing work of God in the lives of incarcerated men Lord’s call to step into this ministry full-time. Reflecting on the journey ahead, Greg shared these words of encouragement:
“I LOOK FORWARD TO SERVING ALONGSIDE YOU AS WE FOLLOW THE LORD’S COMMAND TO ‘GO AND MAKE DISCIPLES OF ALL NATIONS’ (MATTHEW 28:19-20) AND TO ‘LOVE ONE ANOTHER AS I HAVE LOVED YOU’ (JOHN 13:34-35).”

TRANSFORMING WORKFORCE TRAINING WITH TRANSFR
Re-entering the workforce after incarceration can feel overwhelming, but at JUMPSTART SC, we believe every challenge is just a new opportunity. With the help of innovative tools like Transfr Goggles, we’re equipping participants to uncover their God-given strengths and pursue opportunities they may not have had otherwise!
What exactly is this new technology? We’re glad you asked! Transfr Goggles use virtual reality to simulate hands-on job training in over 20 high-demand fields, including construction, healthcare, and automotive repair. These immersive simulations help participants discover natural talents and build practical skills in a safe, risk-free learning environment.
Imagine with us a participant named John. After years behind bars, he worries that his skills are too limited to succeed in any career, let alone one he might truly enjoy. He was never given the tools or time to explore what career paths were available. Through our programming and the Transfr VR goggles, John discovered a talent for working hands-on in automotive repair. Now, Don Williams, our Director of Community Relations, can connect him with a local employer—backed by real data and natural skills recorded through Transfr’s training. There are many participants that come through the program feeling exactly like John. Our hope is to provide more tangible information to second-chance employers to place participants into roles that better fit their natural God-given abilities!
