Silas died at home (which he built before the Civil War) beside the Powell River, near Dryden, Lee Co, VA. The log house is cccxx still standing - a picture of the home is located in the museum in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Zion Flannery went to Jackson, Missouri with his brother John and homesteaded about 1300 acres near Lees Summit. Zion cccxxi was killed in Lafayette Co, Missouri during the Civil War. • • • • • •
