Summary of Major Accomplishments 2021-2022

• The Source was a recipient of an IMPACT 100 Grant Award.

• Amid Covid-19 The Source implemented new Dignity programs such as our Dignity Food Truck and Dignity Bus.

• The Dignity Catering program obtained a State of Florida catering license.

• We received recognition from The American Culinary Federation Education Foundation highlighting The Source’s Dining with Dignity Program for delivering high stands in culinary arts education.

• The Source received a proclamation by Indian River County Commissioners for the positive and untiring work contributed for homeless awareness and services provided.

• The Dignity Bus provided 3,600 safe sleeps with the ability to provide overnight shelter for 7,300 individuals

• The Source teamed up with prominent dentist Dr. Sadesh Kumar, in Melbourne, offering our members dental procedures free of charge

• Dignity Jobs hired members of The Source to assemble Sic Sac Motion Sickness providing steady income for our members.

• The Source Received Proclamation from The City of Vero Beach for National Health Awareness Month for the positive and tireless work we do in the community.
