Dining with Dignity is a 6-, 12- or 18-week professional program, recognized by The American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF) for delivering high standards in culinary arts education. This program offers students the opportunity to learn culinary skills and prepare them for employment in the food serve industry

Dignity Bus® is the first-of-its-kind in the country, an overnight emergency shelter available 365 days a year. The Vero Beach buses offer 36 climate-controlled sleeping pods. The buses are available 7 nights a week, providing security, comfort, and a safe environment for individuals to get a restful night’s sleep.

Dignity Jobs offer members the opportunity to gain employment experience and a dignified income. With the guidance of our employment specialist, The Source partners with B.E. Princess, Inc. a private and corporate aviation supplier, who provides on board supplies and accessories to aviation companies around the country. Our members assemble Sic Sac® Motion Sickness Bags and earn a dignified income while feeling productive and appreciated.

Dignity Village was purchased in December 2021 and will be operational by Spring 2023. 18 Units will be available to individuals and families in need of affordable housing. The village is a self-contained community offering housing, a chapel, outdoor dining, and activities.

Josh one of our Dining with Dignity graduates received his ID and passed his Food Handler Serv Safe exam making him State Certified to handle food safely.

Even though this is Brian’s second time in Dining with Dignity, this is his first time passing his Serv Safe exam. He is now certified to work in anywhere in Florida that serves food.

This was John’s first time in 9 years to regain his ID and social security card. This will allow him to have the required documents to gain employment after graduation from the Dining with Dignity Program.

At The Source, we take pride in celebrating family reunions. Throughout the past year, we’ve assisted several families in reuniting, whether it involved purchasing a bus or plane ticket, or simply making the effort to reach out and bring loved ones together.

Chris graduated our 12-week program. We worked with Chris to find him the right job. Our program is not a one size fits all and we adapt and adjust to meet people where they are and walk beside them and lift them up.

Trina is one of our top Sic Sac® producers and earned our distinguished “Top Producer” award. The ability to work for Sic Sac® enables our members to have a dignified income.
