Thirty-five years ago when we felt God’s call to start a church in the Bay Area, we never imagined we would be where we are today. With a three-building campus and a ministry that has reached around the world with God’s transforming love and power, we say, “To God be the glory!” We also know it wouldn’t be possible without you, and all those who have come before you joining with us in believing Jubilee is our church — the place where God has called each of us to attend, serve, give, and learn so we can, in turn, transform our cities for Christ.

A mere “thank you” doesn’t seem adequate enough to express our deepest gratitude for your faithfulness to this house – God’s house– and the vision God has given us. We celebrate thirty-five years of ministry with you, and we look forward with tremendous excitement for all we will accomplish together for the Kingdom of God through this house we call Jubilee as we launch HEART FOR THE HOUSE!

. . . because I have set my affection to the house of my God. 1 CHRONICLES 29:3 Eighteen years ago, Jubilee witnessed a miracle when we moved into our current sanctuary at 105 Nortech Parkway. Since 1998, an average of 3300 people have attended our weekly Sunday services. That’s more than 3 million sets of feet walking our hallways! What a tremendous epicenter of activities where the Word of God has been taught, souls have received Christ, and families have been blessed. We’ve married, buried, dedicated and baptized thousands through the years, and hosted hundreds of special events and conferences that have blessed the lives of so many. As we endeavor to complete the following projects over the next ten months with the help of your faithful giving, imagine the great blessing this facility will be for so many areas of church life today and for future generations to come. Let’s join our hearts for this house to fulfill our vision and mission to help everyone experience God and love people!

MAIN SANCTUARY
No price tag can be put on the number of people who have met Jesus for the first time at a Jubilee service or event! Many aspects that go into helping us present the Gospel are showing signs of wear and tear — from the sound system to the introduction of a middle screen; from sanctuary seating to platform and sanctuary flooring — all of these areas that need replacement or refurbishing will help us fulfill our vision and mission.

MAIN BALCONY ELECTRONIC ROLLER SHADES The Main Sanctuary is a wonderful worship center for weekly services and big events, but it is a large room. By installing electronic roller shades across the main balcony, it will allow us the flexibility to transform a large room into a room more accommodating of smaller groups and gatherings.
MAIN HALLWAY FLOORING & PAINTING Our hallway flooring and walls are in need of replacement and refreshing. Through these relatively small cosmetic changes, Jubilee will continue to be the welcoming ‘home’ that so many have found it to be.

MPR The Multi-Purpose Room is a room that has seen people gather for fellowship, evangelism, ministry, and remembrance. Whether an event or a memorial service, Jubilee’s MPR has provided a space for all of this to happen over the past 18 years. The room is in need of some repainting and refreshing, along with small adjustments to the current media and audio equipment. This will ensure the room’s continued multi-purpose use and blessing to so many.

MAIN PARKING LOT Our value to create a welcoming atmosphere starts as soon as people come onto the Jubilee campus. To help us accomplish this, we want to ensure our main parking lot is safe and in good shape to handle the large volume of weekly traffic. Repaving the 105 parking lot will see this goal achieved.

Our Urgency/Outreach building sees on average 1,200 people walking through its doors each week, whether to attend a Wednesday night service, a kids or youth service, or to receive help and support through Jubilee’s Outreach Center. It’s also the location of our annual Back to School and holiday giveaways, which combined with our Outreach Center have served more than 130,000 families since inception. As you can see, this building is the center of training and development of our future leaders and world changers, as well as a source of hope and inspiration to many people facing difficult situations. Let’s ensure we are positioned to continue helping meet the needs of families in our communities and raising strong leaders who will impact society for the greater good for generations to come.
URGENCY/OUTREACH BUILDING ROOF The forty-year old roof has been leaking for some time and is in much need of replacement so we can prevent further building and equipment damage.

URGENCY/OUTREACH BUILDING INTERIOR PAINT & CARPET Due to the high volume of people-traffic in our Urgency/ Outreach building over the last ten years, the interior paint and carpet are in need of upgrading for the center to continue being functional to our kids, youth, church, and our community.

JUBILEE OUTREACH CENTER 161 NORTECH
, and this is the gate of heaven.
The Outreach Center provides support to an average of 500 families per week. For many, it’s the last place of refuge for them to be able to receive nutrition in even its basic form, or much needed supplies for themselves and their children, such as diapers, clothing, baby food or warm coats for the winter. The Center’s forklift has outlived its life and is in need of replacing. With some small improvements and upgrades to our shelving and storage, we will be able to continue offering help to those in need within our community.

ADMINISTRATION Home of Jubilee’s “think tank”, the Administration building is Jubilee’s admin-hub of strategic activity for the church. This is where our Pastors and staff gather to work, meet, train and pray. Nightly you will find a host of activities from life and marriage coaching to young adult gatherings, band rehearsals, Bible College classes, as well as Celebrate Recovery and other educational classes.
175 BUILDING NEW ROOF To prevent overall building damage and to continue using this building effectively, the roof is in need of replacement. It’s weathered the conditions for the past forty years; let’s fix it to weather another forty years of ministry!
