Sites in which it is charmed with being And Rigby does take risks here. She soars over the stage. She banters with the audience. The most risky, however, was when she splashed “tears” over the opening-night reviewers and their pen-andpaper notes. She’s particularly adorable working with youth performers, and she’s particularly at ease onstage, gently mocking the show’s several opening-night glitches. But the heart of this show belongs to Horton. Played by the approachable Downs, this Horton has a heart. It just doesn’t quite fill the auditorium, instead beating shyly. Possibly the sound system mars the show. Voices that should be rich sound harsh. Some sound almost shrieky. On the other hand, the Wickershams sound fabulous, singing with clear harmonies and interesting dynamics, fully articulating their lyrics. Another issue is the lighting design, which seems dark, bringing down the energy while hiding performers’ faces. A bit of action at the top of the second act takes place behind a scrim and can barely be seen. But the black-light number,

“Havin’ a Hunch,” provides the show with a bit of exhilaration, though it arrives well into Act Two. And yes, some of Seuss’ themes are quite dark — including parental neglect and the horrors of war though these themes are not hammered in “Seussical.” The brains of this show belong to the Cat in the Hat, played with brisk wit by Rigby. The former champion gymnast is still possessed by her flexibility and daringness.

scenery might have a healing effect But Zaman decliined, saying only that he needed quiet and rest. So Shahryar went hunting without him The next morning, when Zaman woke up, he looked out of his window and saw the wonderfully beautiful Queen with 20 slave girls bathing naked in a fountain in the middle of the garden The Queen shouted loudly “Where is my Saeed”!? and a handsome slave appeared, put his arms around the Queen and carressed her and kissed her. And 20 other servants approached and did the same with the 20 slave girls. And they all made passionate love until the sun went down When Zaman saw the conduct of his sister-in-law the Queen he said to himself “By Allah! My brother is a greater

king than I, and even he has an unfaithful wife”! So he put away his sadness, and began to recover his health and his strength.

FRUITS TO ADVANCE DURING THE DAY

If you are in the possession of a fruit press you can squeeze the citrus fruits. Real fruit lovers also have a blender so they can make mixes of all types of fruit. A juice-centrifuge easily extracts the juice out of all fruits and many vegetables and is in our opinion for the more extreme squeezers who also want to drink vegetable juices. It is not very practical in use (a lot of cleaning) and for squeezing almost any type of fruit a fruit press and a blender will do. Try to get it into your system: squeeze those wonder-fruits yourself everyday. Freshly squeezed juices are best. Magical characteristics are ascribed to freshly squeezed juice. Avoid to drink fruit juice from a can or glass bottle because when the bottle or can is closed the juice is heated and gets an acid

structure. Juice from cartons, cans and glass bottles has been pasteurized. This means the juice has been heated (cooked) to kill all the germs. The heating of food changes the enzymes of the food so it looses (some of) its nutritious value. This means you can’t substitute freshly squeezed juice by juice from cartons. To meet your “five to nine pieces of fresh fruits a day” you can squeeze the fruits instead of peeling them and eating them by hand. Squeezing is much more efficient: one glass of 2 squeezed oranges, 2 mandarins and 1 grapefruit can be squeezed in 5 minutes. If you eat 1 banana afterwards you already have consumed 6 pieces of fresh fruits! This also means that you can consume the largest part of the required

nutritional elements you need for a day in just 10 minutes... Squeezed fruit is as healthy as eating a piece of raw fruit out of your hand. Unlike many people think there is not a whole lot of fruit flesh lost when you squeeze fruit. This means that your glass of orange juice does contain all the fibers you need! These fibers prevent from many diseases. Fibers stimulate the digestive system so if you have a substantial amount of fruit intake it is not necessary to eat bran or other intestine stimulating foods
