All replacements for defective merchandise must be for the same item. Any changes subject the return merchandise to restocking charge.
POLICY Prices
PRICE LISTS ARE PUBLISHED SEPARATELY AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. No prices guaranteed without a separate quotation. All shipments will be invoiced at prices at time of shipment. Discounts may vary on different price lists.
Minimum
A $12.00 billing charge will apply to all orders under $50.00 net.
Terms
Net 30, PAST DUE THEREAFTER. Only to approved accounts. All others are C.O.D. To establish credit, request; fill out and return our credit application. Allow three (3) weeks for clearance.
Shipping
ALL merchandise commonly stocked is F.O.B. our Warehouse. Shipments will be made by the most expeditious and economical means available to us, unless specific shipping instructions are indicated on your orders. Most orders shipped via U.P.S. NOTIFICATION OF DISCREPANCIES ON ALL DIRECT SHIPMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER SHIPPING.
Special Orders
We will quote on ALL finishes, items, or special quantities on a Special Order basis. All items not stocked are considered special orders. Prices and delivery are quoted at the time the order is placed. SPECIAL ORDERS REQUIRE A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. ALL SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-CANCELABLE, NON-RETURNABLE AND ARE F.O.B. FACTORY. We warrant our products against defects in workmanship, material, or operation, excluding ordinary wear and tear. However, we do not warrant against defects due to; inappropriate or improper installation; failure to exercise normal maintenance; or the consequences of uses for which our products were not designed.
Limited Warranty
Our only liability, whether in tort, or in contract, under this warranty is to repair or replace products which are returned to us, shipping charges prepaid, at the address within one year after delivery there of to the original direct purchaser from the Company, and are determined by the Company to be defective. Customer shall have the obligation to inspect these products immediately upon receipt to determine if damage has resulted from shipment, in which event Customer’s only remedy is against the carrier. Products will not be accepted for repair or replacement under this limited warranty unless we have given prior authorization for their return. Upon receipt of products returned for repair or replacement, the Company will determine whether products qualify for repair or replacement under this limited warranty; if they do not, we will notify Customer of estimated costs of repair or replacement involved and will obtain authorization prior to proceeding. The Company has no obligation to pay any costs of repair by anyone other than the Company.
