The Ignite Leadership Development Program is a comprehensive experiential education series offered for Concordia students. Ignite offers three levels to The program

provides trainings and service activities which students complete in order to complete each level and earn a certificate. Each student’s goal is to acquire a total of 100 points to move through all levels of the Ignite Leadership Development Program during their time at Concordia.

• Program Requirements: • Monthly meetings for all students • Must attend 1 Equip level event • Become involved in 1 campus club/ organization of your choice

Diversify your leadership knowledge and skills

Total of 30 points required to complete

• Program Requirements (points range

from 3-8 per required event): • 1 service project (minimum of 5 hours) and reflection • 1 leadership topic workshop and reflection • 1 self-awareness workshop or selfassessment and reflection • Program Electives (points range from 2-10 per elective event) • Intercultural workshop • Leadership course • Career Services events • Diversity events • Leadership Retreat • And more!

from 5-25 per requirement): • Funded individual campus studies or project design for a non-profit organization • On-campus leadership presentation opportunities • Serve in an on-campus leadership role • Mentor students in the Emerge level
