Ryan Alexeev founded North County Legal, APC in 2009. Her practice focuses on estate planning and immigration as well as the complicated tax issues that arise when immigrating to the US or when establishing an estate plan as a non-US citizen.

Ms Alexeev has a Legal Master’s degree in Taxation from the University of San Diego and a Juris Doctorate degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. Her undergraduate studies were in International Business and Management Information Systems, which has served her well in her chosen practice areas.
