With experience in corporate and contract areas, working in the elaboration and analysis of national and international contracts, negotiation and corporate disputes, creation of legal structures for foreign investments, structuring and restructuring, development of works in the corporate environment, including mergers and acquisitions operations. As a lawyer, she has been coordinator of the telecommunications area of a foreign company in its subsidiaries in Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Peru, informing and managing legal issues of the branches for the parent company. Since 2007, she has participated in Molina Rios Abogados, advising Brazilian and foreign companies of multiple industries that set up their operations in Chile, as well as foreign companies that set up in Brazil, providing all the support from the beginning of their operations and accompanying the legal needs in their businesses. It carries out bidding work for ports and airports. She has served as director of the Chilean-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce 2008 - 2014 and has been recognised by Chambers and Partners Global 2012, 2013 and 2014 in the Corporate/M&A session, also indicated as Foreign Expert, with knowledge in Brazil.
