Ms Liliane MUBANGA WETUNGANI She was sworn in on 17 February 1998 and registered to the Bar Association of Kinshasa/ Gombe. Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Law, with a specialisation in private and judicial law from the University of Lubumbashi. She joined the Bar upon graduation from the University. Furthermore, she has completed other trainings for which she is also the holder of: Entrepreneurship certificate, Intellectual property certificate, Facilitation and conciliation certificate, Hydrocarbon certificate, OHADA certificate, Public Procurement certificate, and Insurance certificate. Currently, she is doing a master’s degree in International Commercial Law at Robert Kennedy College in Zurich in association with the University of Salford Manchester. She has in-depth practical experience in private law, business and corporate law, real estate law and mining and hydrocarbons as well as insurance law. She is a Mining and Quarrying Attorney, a member of the International Criminal Bar, and a former member of the Bar Council of her Bar, where she worked as Treasurer. She was also a contributor in “Global legal Insights Banking Regulation” book, 3rd and 4th Editions, published by Global Legal Group.
