TCHATT and CPAN Exceeds Targets

We are pleased to report both TCHATT and CPAN have exceeded their targets and achieved remarkable performance in March

Firstly, we want to highlight the great success of TCHATT's extended hour pilot program With the help of therapist Laura Chicaiza and supervisor Makenzie Jordan, TCHATT managed all sessions for the extended hour pilot with an impressive 4 34% no-show rate TCHATT will continue those extended hours with Christi, Patty, Lacreshia, and Heather forming the new extended hours team Additionally, TCHATT has surpassed its prior record referral goal by 50 and still maintained an impressive no-show rate of 10 4% This accomplishment demonstrates TCHATT's commitment to providing quality service to its clients

Similarly, CPAN has not only exceeded its prior top consultation month, but also met the goal set for them by the end of May This achievement reflects the dedication and hard work of CPAN's team in providing exceptional services In addition, CPAN is set to welcome a new Project Educator in May This new position will allow the CPAN team to provide more educational opportunities for providers and licensed clinicians We will keep you updated as more details become available
