The first step is the hardest. The lid has a hole should be where the socket fits through it. Draw a circle therefore first on the cover with the fitting as a template. Then use the nail and hammer to knock the cover holes. Take a tour where you leave some space between the holes first. And then make a second round now and save between holes.
