Members of the SCN family in Botswana, strengthened and grew our programs for children. Thanks to the installation of a water tank, they were able to plant a garden to help provide food for families. SCNs also expanded their involvement in health care ministries by staffing a new ground breaking facility that provides high quality palliative care and support to those infected or affected by HIV/AIDs. The hospice is named “Pabalelong” — Home of Love and Care. There is no facility of this kind in the entire country so this is a pioneering institution.
