180 N Ada is a 14 story residential with 263 units with amenity spaces like fitness center, shared office, and a bar. As the project architect, I performed in planning development process like CDOT, CFD, and MOPD. Moving forward, I have developed the project in SD, DD, CD, and CA while coordinating with client, permit, civil, structural and MEP consultants. It has finished construction in late 2019.

2404 Navigation is a 8 story residential with 300 units with amenity spaces. As the project architect, I have been involved with the foundation and building permit. Also, the project proceeded to SD, DD, and CD while coordinating with client, civil, structural and MEP consultants. It is now under construction, where my role lies in CA, coordinating with GC, consultants and with the client.

Schematic Design Design Development
353 West Grand is a 41 story residential tower with 356 units with amenity spaces like fitness center, shared offices, and exterior deck. I have developed initial design for the tower with various schemes, and the concept of grid was selected to move forward with the design. Also, I worked with the client, client’s lawyer and the City Hall, having to get through the initial city approval with city’s consent.

One of 7 finalist architect chosen to design the multi-phased residential complex with comercial on the ground floor. This was only a team of 2, where I have worked with the partner to design, document, model, render and diagram every part of the project with a constraint of 2.5 weeks.
