It’s Jake’s favorite day, his birthday. His parents give him the new playsystem he’s been looking forward to the hottest new game on the market, Nanoventure.
The game intro establishes who Jake play as, and why Jake is in the lab. The two resident doctors explain the importance of what Jake is doing, healing patients and fighting cancer. Jake knows very little about cancer, other than he knows his grandmother has been to the hospital because of it. “This is what we do. We’re using nanodiamonds. This is our team. Nora + Neil Cell Ship.” The video ends.
Jake wakes up to iPad alarm clock, and goes through his morning routine. On his iPad, he sees a notification pushed from Nanoventure, telling him to check on his patient. He opens Nanoventure and checks in with his patient. The patient’s condition has deteriorated since Jake was sleeping. He want to play but he has to get ready to leave for school. His playkit will have to wait at home, but he brings his iPad with him.
Excited, he rips open the packing paper to reveal the body. On the front, he sees the nano-cell ship blasting at a cancer cell. He feels the adventure. He opens the box to find a navigation controller, pippette, syringe, and ports all in one. He gets his iPad and downloads the game to begin playing when he hears. “YOU CAN ONLY PLAY FOR A LITTLE WHILE THEN IT’S BEDTIME!” -JAKE’S MOM
Jake sets up his character (doctor), and starts out in the lab. The resident doctors tell you they need you to check up on the new patient, as they are supy busy. You walk over to your patient, and receives some facts about them. Lifestyle etc. Your first patient has come to the healthcare center because he is complaining about pain in the lungs. Jake is prompted to enter the bloodstream to investigate with NORA and NEIL in their cell ship. “GO TO BED, JAKE!” Dang. It’s a school night isn’t it?
