Nandoni Fish Eagle lies just outside of Thohoyandou in Limpopo Province next to Nandoni Dam. The dam was completed in 2004 and already has a healthy population of big largemouth bass. Nandoni Dam (Nandoni meaning “the iron smelting ovens� in Venda language), previously known as the Mutoti Dam, is an eart-fill/concrete type dam in Limpopo province, South Africa. It is located on the Luvuvhu River near the villages of ha-Mutoti and ha-Budeli just a few kilometres from Thohoyandou in the district of Vhembe.has absolutely great structure in the form of trees, sunken houses etc, which makes for some awesome fishing.
