Really everything is convincing – the sporty and modern design, the technical features and an astonishing priceperformance-ratio. It is equipped with the new „Felt-Oil-Seal“ mechanism, which has been developed based on the MAG SEALED mechanism from the CERTATE and the CALDIA series. The functional principle of the „Felt-Oil-Seal“ mechanism is rather similar – due to an oil-saturated feltbarrier, the infiltration of salt and dirt particles is almost perfectly prevented. Thus the gear can work smoothly without interferences and its durability is notably extended – especially in case of frequent strain. The Zion reel body additionally allows the construction of considerably lighter reels – the 3000 sized reel weights only about 230g!!! Thanks to the special HighSpeed transmission of 6.0:1 respectively 6.2:1 a line retraction of 88cm respectively 110cm is achieved – perfect for spin fishing for seatrouts.
