INTRODUCTION
“Hi. My name is Jonathan Rewers, and I am a change agent and innovator.� - I am always learning something new, and my 10+ year career is a reflection of that. I have been a financial and policy analyst, a planner, a designer, a project manager, a program manager - but always an innovator and strategist. - I have extensive experience in program management, overseeing scopes, schedule and budgets for programs ranging from $75 million to over $3 billion. - I have four college degrees in English, History, Political Science, Urban Planning. I am currently working on a 5th, and 50% done with Strategic Design and Management. - I have supervised few to many. I have supervised people double my age, and only recently has the majority of my staff been younger than me. Client: City and County of San Francisco, Municipal Transportation Agency Project/Program: Capital Resource Information System Phase I Role: Project Manager Highlights: - Oversaw consultant team of 3 - Engaged in user research including interviews and process mapping - Developed system requirements and business process changes - Led overall data collection, organization and integration - Led user testing of prototypes and system modifications - Oversaw system integration with FAMIS accounting systems - Budget approximately $300,000 - Accounted for $1.741 billion in various federal, state and local grant funds - Improved user interfaces with data, reduced staff time and increasing efficiency

Client: City and County of San Francisco, Municipal Transportation Agency Project/Program: FY 2015 - 2019 Capital Improvement Program Role: Principal Lead/Program Manager Highlights: - Supervised a multi-disciplinary team of 10; with more than 20 contributors - Oversaw the development revenue projections for a 5-year period - total $3.4 billion - Designed a public outreach process; oversaw over 30 public discussions and forums - Presented to various public and interest groups, government agencies and funders - Oversaw development of scopes, schedules and budget for 300+ projects and programs - Oversaw data mapping and GIS Development for the 5-Year CIP - Coordinated with 16 Program Managers throughout the SFMTA - Responsible for ongoing budgetary management, scope oversight and schedule monitoring

Client: City of Sacramento Project/Program: Parks and Recreation Safety Implementation Program Role: Program Manager Highlights: - Supervised multi-disciplinary team of 17 - Designed a process for plan design and implementation - Developed branding and communications programs - Managed $1.6 million in design work for $50 million in improvements at 9 parks - Personally managed the re-design of McClatchy Park (15 acres) - Completed all re-design work within 9 months - Developed Best Management Practices for Park Safety Ranger Program - Redefined Park Ranger roles, and developed new job specifications

Client: City of Sacramento, Department of Parks and Recreation Project/Program: Fort Natomas Relocation and Rebuild Project Background: Fort Natomas Relocation Role: Project Manager Highlights: - Supervised project and consultant teams - Coordinated with Volunteer Committee and 2,500 volunteers - Developed new expedited processes for contracting and project payments - Oversaw project design, planning and environmental processes - Performed on-site infrastructure reviews - Project budget $1 million - Approvals, infrastructure construction and community build completed in 90-days - Upon completion, Fort Natomas is the second largest playground in Sacramento

Client: City of Sacramento, Department of General Services Project/Program: City of Sacramento Downtown Space Plan Role: Program Manager Highlights: - Supervised a team of 5 - Oversaw the space planning for 7 city departments and hundreds of staff - Oversaw requirements gathering from department clients - Managed contract development, project approvals, scopes and budgets - Built project matrix team to involve stakeholders and efficiently deliver program - Served as Project Manager for 300 Richards Build-Out (3 story, 150,000 s.f.) - Project Budget $17.5 million ($12.5 m 300 Richards, $5 m Relocations)

Client: City of Sacramento, Department of Parks and Recreation Project/Program: Parks and Recreation Fiscal and Resource Development Program Role: Program Manager Highlights: - Supervised a team of 4, oversaw program of 43 grant funded projects - Developed process for proposal development, reviewed 5 grant agencies - Conducted user research of funding agencies (Federal and State staff) - Developed process for cost estimating and staff resource planning - Developed planning and needs analysis to document need (Programming Guide) - Built relationships with funding agencies at the State and Federal Level - Developed course work on proposal development and project planning - Secured a total of $25 million in funding for various projects - Left position in 2006 with an 80% competitive grant success rate
