My National Anthem

So sweetly you subdue every now and then, Being so melodic and passionate at times, To cue this verdict to whom I belong, And to make me grow every bit as proud as morsels With the crown on my head and chest so high, E'er to promulgate, 'Dragon is my sign.'

The nightingale would fail when you execute, In loyal tones to call for your men, Not just in relish, but with badges of identity And to append the seasons of uniqueness Assorted than any other in the empyrean.

Every verse reckons the belongingness Of the king, the country and the people And its traditions nonpareil to the rest, With a strain of pride - My National Anthem. Let me sing together with you and all, To testify, I'm the one with you and only you.
