As a registered architect, Effie is a dynamic leader to the architecture team at Mushan. She holds an honour degree of masters of architecture from RMIT. Her passion and experience in architecture is the foundation of the high design quality that Mushan values. Benefiting from her interest in fashion design, Effie’s design approach is vibrant and innovative, elevating Mushan projects to be unique and inspiring. As the co-founder of Mushan, Effie is well-rounded throughout the project delivery process, from initial concept design to final contract administration, which ensures the satisfactory outcome of all Mushan projects. 作为一位澳洲注册建筑设计师，Effie是木山建筑设计事务所的领航人。她拥有墨尔本皇家理工学院（RMIT） 的建筑硕士学位。她对建筑设计的热情与经验是木山建筑设计重视高品质的基础。得益于她对时装设计的兴趣 与才华，Effie的设计路线充满着活力与创新，提升了木山建筑设计的独特性与启发性。作为木山集团的联合创 始人，Effie倾心把关所有的项目进程，从最初的概念设计到最终的建筑设计监理，以确保木山建筑设计出品的 每一个项目都画上一个完美的句号。

Sheng is a key part of the project architectural team within Mushan Architects. His passion for design along with his enthusiastic approach allows him to work closely with clients to seek out unique design opportunities that not only achieve an exquisite architectural form but also meets a high level of building functionality. With over 15 years of local experience Sheng has acquired vast amount of experience in planning, detailing, designing and coordinating projects in both public and private sectors. As the Design Technology Manager at Mushan Architects, Grant Larson brings 15 years of both Documentation and BIM experience to the table, having worked in a wide range of architectural disciplines ranging from Health and Justice to Infrastructure and Residential Projects. He is a dedicated member of the team who enjoys problem solving and has a keen eye for detail. Grant brings a forwardthinking attitude and an open-minded approach to his work in the day to day documentation process. 作为木山建筑设计事务所的软件技术经理，Grant Larson拥有超过15 年绘制建筑施工图纸与设计软件技术的经验，他曾参与过多种项目类 型，例如医疗，城市基础建设以及住宅项目。他是公司团队忠实的成 员之一，具有极强的解决问题能力并且对细节有着敏锐的洞察力。这 为他在日常中推进项目进程赋予了一定的前瞻性和开放思维 。
