Water is a precious resource and at Hacienda del Álamo we take conservation serious. That is why the grass of the golf course is of a species that thrives with 40% less water than common species. The properties have two water circuits: one for potable water and one for irrigating the gardemn and plants. Apart from being ecologically sound, this makes from great savings day in day out. The landscaping of the resort includes thousands of autoctonous palm tress. In our gardens you will find thyme, rosemary, aloe, lavender….. Plants that have always existed here, but now just a bit more neatly arranged.
