THE ALPHABET BOOK + This book is intended to be used by children ages 2 and up, with the supervision and guidance of parents, tutors and teachers. As its name implies, this book is more than just having children learn their alphabet. The alphabet is the base for learning and once the children have grasped their alphabet they can then learn to spell, using the pictures on each page associated with each alphabet. This visual association ensures a faster and more responsive learning environment. The children are also taught vowels and sounds as a further encouragement and stimulation to reading. They are also taught their numbers, to count up to the number twenty. The letters and numbers are located in colored boxes for visual stimulation to keep their attention and to also teach colors. The colored boxes shall be; pink, red, blue, green, orange, yellow, purple and brown. The pages are such that can be written on with a non-permanent marker. Four markers would be included in the package; red, blue, green and black. The pages can be wiped clean to repeat a writing exercise without having to find other writing medium. By allowing the children to trace the letters and numbers on the pages they also begin the learning process of writing. This book is designed as an all inclusive educational tool for children. This book will take the children through the basics of what they need to learn in early childhood education. This book can also be used by older children and adults who need to learn and improve their basic skill of reading, writing and math. This book has expanded on the basic “A for Apple, B for Bat principle. The children would be taught their alphabet using the A for Apple principle, but there are four pictures to each letter in most cases. The pictures on the pages allow the children to form word and sight associations as they would already know the pictures shown and now will be able to read out and spell the names of the objects. This, as stated, allow a more responsive and faster learning environment. Along with the vowel page that provide another exercise, reading becomes easier and faster. Tracing the letters and numbers, initially with their fingers then with writing objects, allow the children to quickly learn to write. Once they have learnt to write all the letters and numbers they can then begin to write on other mediums, paper and others.
