Congressman Joe Mullins has developed a career grounded in steady leadership, clear priorities, and service to others. He is the CEO and president of The Mullins Companies, which includes Mullins Properties and Mullins Sports & Entertainment. What began as a small set of business ventures has grown into a diversified operation spanning real estate, sports, entertainment, and media. His work reflects a practical approach focused on long-term stability and responsible growth. Raised in Evans, Georgia, Joe learned early lessons about discipline and accountability. He was active in athletics, theater, and leadership programs such as FBLA, Jr. Achievement, and 4H. These experiences helped shape his communication skills and work ethic. He earned a BBA in Business Management from the University of Georgia. He later attended UCLA, where he studied under Hollywood agent Henry Holmes, gaining insight into the entertainment industry and professional negotiation. Joe began his career in sports and entertainment, representing athletes and entertainers who later achieved national recognition and Hall of Fame honors. He also interned with the Anthony Robbins companies, gaining leadership and organizational experience. Over time, he expanded into entrepreneurship across restaurants, franchise operations, construction, and real estate, building a portfolio of more than 800 multifamily units and several commercial properties. Public service became a significant extension of his work. Joe Mullins, Flagler, served as Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners, focusing on broadband expansion, mental health funding, and disaster recovery efforts. Through media, he hosts the radio program “Live, Work, Shop, Play in Florida” on Salem Media. Through philanthropy, Joe Mullins of Augusta has supported causes including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and local community initiatives.
