Food in Five Acts GD1: Studio, Instructor Adam Marcus This was a group project with Sandra Callies, Perri Kinsman, Oleg Koslovski, and Ben Partridge. The goal was to reinterperate a five course meal into five separate acts. In this installation, the “course� was a puree of a fruit or vegetable, presented on a shelf that reflected one of the characteristics of the vegetables. The courses were consumed individually, and the participants of the meal were conveyed through the installation with light. Although the meals were eaten individually, the participants were visible to spectators outside the installation.
