Misty researched and recruited the best instructors to help bring this dream to life. P2 Platinum Pilates focuses on the classical teaching of Joseph Pilates. The studio is the ONLY one in Birmingham that features all Gratz equipment. The Gratz apparatus allows clients to have the best experience and attain the best results. The benefits of Pilates is that it is a total body workout. Pilates is great for all ages because it improves circulation, concentration, and mental alertness. The boutique features the best in fitness wear, athletic gear, shoes, skin care, and jewelry. The retail store is proud to stock products from the best designers from Europe, New York City, and we partner with local designers of The Highlands Collection and Botaniko Skin Care.
