AinB – Your Apar tments in Barcelona opened its doors for the first time in 2002, with only two buildings located in the hear t of the city, in The Born neighbourhood. At that moment, Barcelona was halfway to becoming the top tourist destination in the world it is today. It is widely acknowledged that the 1992 Olympic Games marked a turning point in the city’s development, providing the necessary tools for the progress of the touristic sector. Year after year our guests have stepped once and again the threshold of our apar tments. Now, after a decade of enthusiastic hard work, we are very proud to welcome our guests in twelve different buildings, made up of over 150 apar tments, which are located in the central area of Barcelona: Gótico, Las Ramblas, Born, Eixample... Offering the best quality service and taking care of our customers’ needs (24 h reception and similar quality standards in all the apar taments) are our top priorities. What star ted off as a family business run by Mr. Ramón and his daughters Laia & Georgina has grown into a real chain of touristic apar tments, leading to an increase in the number of employees. Still, nothing has been lost of the warmth and familiarity that brings together the members of our team, whose greatest goal is to make their guests feel at home. The powerful Catalan cultural background of the family has left its mark on the decoration of the apar tments, as their inspiration has always come from the city’s cultural legacy. When entering the apar tments you will easily notice the high quality design, along with a strong evidence of the original atmosphere of the old city of Barcelona. All this without losing the modern and cosmopolite air that Barcelona breaths in this day and age.

AinB – Your Apar tments in Barcelona abrió sus puer tas por primera vez en 2002, con sólo dos edificios situados en el corazón de la ciudad, en el barrio del Born. En ese momento, Barcelona estaba a mitad de camino para conver tirse en lo que es hoy – uno de los destinos turísticos más atractivos del mundo. Los Juegos Olímpicos de 1992 marcaron un punto de inflexión en el desarrollo de la ciudad, proporcionando las herramientas necesarias para el progreso del sector turístico. Gracias a que nuestros clientes han ido repitiendo año tras año y después una década de trabajo duro y entusiasta, nos sentimos muy orgullosos de dar la bienvenida a nuestros huéspedes en doce edificios diferentes con un total de más de 150 apar tamentos. Todos ellos situados en el corazón de Barcelona: Barrio Gótico, Las Ramblas, El Born, Eixample... Ofrecer un servicio de la mejor calidad y cuidar de las necesidades de nuestros clientes (recepción 24 h del día y estándares de calidad similares en todos los apar tamentos) son nuestras principales prioridades. Lo que comenzó como un negocio familiar dirigido por el Sr. Ramón y sus hijas Laia & Georgina se ha conver tido en una verdadera cadena de apar tamentos turísticos, lo que llevó a un aumento en el número de empleados. Sin embargo, nada se ha perdido de la calidez y la familiaridad que reúne a los miembros de nuestro equipo, cuyo mayor objetivo es hacer que sus huéspedes se sientan como en casa. El poderoso fondo cultural catalán de la familia ha dejado su huella en la decoración de los apar tamentos, ya que su inspiración siempre ha provenido del legado cultural de la ciudad. Al entrar en los apar tamentos se notará fácilmente el esmerado diseño y se percibirá la atmósfera original del casco antiguo barcelonés.
