Keep your room clean and wash your sheets every week Wash your hands so you don’t get sick Keep pets out of your room Avoid fireplaces and smoke

What is a trigger?  A trigger is something that makes your asthma worse. 

A trigger can cause the asthma symptoms to start.

Everyone uses different types of asthma medications. Make sure you know what to use and how to use it! Types:

How do you use them? 

There are two different types including long acting (helps prevent asthma attacks) and rapid acting (helps when you are having an asthma attack).
