hen the first sleek piece of IKEA furniture comes off the assembly line at Swedwood North America’s new plant in Danville, cheers will go up across the globe. The company’s executives and leaders from the city of Danville, Pittsylvania County and the Commonwealth of Virginia have been working nonstop since 2006 to make the hightech plant a reality. “We are very excited about this move.
